Chef Matthew hails from the produce laden central valley and made his way to LA via the central coast. Chef began his career in the diverse kitchens of LA, most notably with SBE Entertainment who managed the most popular restaurants in LA at the time. His resume spans restaurants like those of Katuysa by Stark, Cleo, Mercato Di Vetro, Barton G Miami & Los Angeles, Spaghettini Beverly Hills and most recently the Executive Chef of The Hatch in Paso Robles.  Upon his departure of the Hatch, he teamed up with Brittney to bring Heirloom Catering to life.

Brittney attended the acclaimed Patisserie and Baking program at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. she returned to the beautiful central coast to pursue her career in baking and found herself at Back Porch Bakery, an ever growing locally owned bakery. for four years Brittney immersed herself in perfecting her craft and specializes in artisan breads and classic french pastries. it was while baking bread for the hatch that she met chef and UNBEKNOWNST to her found a partner. together their love of food and each other led them to unite their passions and create heirloom catering.
